PAYMENT
Payment is required prior to work commencing on your order unless prior agreement is made to pay on collection. Payment is available by Credit Card when placing an online order via our website, or payment via Laybuy is an available payment option. We also accept payment by Direct Bank Deposit and also Payment on Collection.When paying by Bank Deposit please ensure you enter your name and order number in the description. When paying on collection, this can be Eftpos or Cash.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we endeavor to deliver your products correctly and in good condition. Custom orders will receive a proof for your approval before printing. Please check content carefully as customer errors either in the original orders or approved through the proofing process are to be redone at the customers expense.
Upon receipt, should there be any problem with or damage to your order, please contat us as soon as possible via email at lisa@wordsonwax.co.nz.

IMAGES AND COLOUR
Please be aware that printed images may differ in colour, brightness and quality to that of images supplied by you and how they appear on screed. This is due to the different printing process and technique that is used to personalise candles. Please ensure digital images have been taken or scanned at the highest mega pixel quality available to ensure the best result possible.
Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website or proofs provided. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our work is printed to the highest standards. Ribbon colour may also appear slightly different to how it appears on screen.

The copyright of all images and designs used on this website is owned by Words on Wax. No images, content or information may be copied or re-used in any form without Words on Wax's permission. This includes linking to images on this website directly from your site.
By purchasing from Words on Wax you agree that all artwork and images of completed designs can be used for website and marketing purposes, unless personal information or photographs are included in the design we will then seek prior approval.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time as needed by publishing the changed terms on our website. All orders submitted after any revised Terms and Conditions are published are subject to the revised Terms and Conditions.
